- The seller is responsible for non-conformity of the products with the contract terms and conditions, which can be identified within two years after the product is transferred to the consumer.
- After you open the package and start using the product, cardboard tends to wear out! Normal wear of cardboard products is not a defect!
- The Product Warranty Card is an account emailed to you.
- The product you ordered and purchased cannot be returned if it is a customized product made taking into account personal needs of the customer or according to the customer’s requirements.
PLAYTOYZ is not responsible for:
- 1) deterioration of/damage to the product due to the buyer’s fault;
- 2) defects caused by misuse of the product;
- 3) normal physical wear of the product during normal use.
If you find out that the product does not comply with the requirements or has defects, you can email your claim to: playtoyz@playtoyz.eu not later than 14 days after you find the product not complying with the requirements or having defects. In case of unreasonable failure to meet this deadline, you have no right to refer to the product non-compliance with the requirements.
If you return the non-complying product, the amount you paid for it (including transport costs) will be transferred to your bank account within 30 days after receipt of the notice of order withdrawal and product return.
