• The seller is responsible for non-conformity of the products with the contract terms and conditions, which can be identified within two years after the product is transferred to the consumer.
• After you open the package and start using the product, cardboard tends to wear out! Normal wear of cardboard products is not a defect!
• The Product Warranty Card is an account emailed to you.
• The product you ordered and purchased cannot be returned if it is a customized product made taking into account personal needs of the customer or according to the customer’s requirements.

PLAYTOYZ is not responsible for:

• 1) deterioration of/damage to the product due to the buyer’s fault;
• 2) defects caused by misuse of the product;
• 3) normal physical wear of the product during normal use.

If you find out that the product does not comply with the requirements or has defects, you can email your claim to: playtoyz@playtoyz.eu not later than 14 days after you find the product not complying with the requirements or having defects. In case of unreasonable failure to meet this deadline, you have no right to refer to the product non-compliance with the requirements.

If you return the non-complying product, the amount you paid for it (including transport costs) will be transferred to your bank account within 30 days after receipt of the notice of order withdrawal and product return.

• Choose the products you like and add them to your shopping cart. In the shopping cart, you can change the quantity of products and delete products.
• Save changes by pressing Save Changes in the shopping cart.
• Choose a suitable payment method, enter your personal data in the fields, if necessary, and press the Place Order button.
• After filling in the mandatory fields on the ordering page, press the Buy button. The purchase is considered completed after you pay the invoice.

• After ordering, you will see the invoice on your screen. To get your order started, you shall make 100% payment. The invoice will be also automatically emailed to you.
• You can pay for the order by wire transfer or credit card.
• After you pay the proforma invoice using a suitable payment method, the invoice can be emailed to you, if necessary.

After you pay the invoice, you will receive an email confirming that the order is accepted for execution.

You may choose the courier delivery (the products will be delivered to you at a specified address; product delivery to the place of use is guaranteed) or pick up your shipment yourself from our warehouse.

• Be careful when placing your order and make sure that the information and contact details you entered are correct. Timely and prompt delivery of the products you ordered depends on the ordering data accuracy.
• When accepting the product, we recommend you to visually inspect the package and do not accept the product in case of external damages. If the package is damaged, please return the product to the courier and notify us thereof at: playtoyz@playtoyz.eu or (+372) 55625026.

1.1. In order to develop the online store and to make the use of it more convenient and safe, PLAYTOYZ has the right to modify and amend these terms and conditions and the price list. Modifications of and amendments to the terms and conditions and the price list will be posted at: www.playtoyz.eu; modifications of and amendments to the terms and conditions and the price list shall come into force on the date of publication of the relevant modification or amendment at www.playtoyz.eu. If you submit your order before the amendments to the terms and conditions come into force, the legal relations between you and PLAYTOYZ shall be governed by the terms and conditions applicable at the time of ordering, except as otherwise provided by the law or these terms and conditions.

2.1. The online store prices shall be valid during the invoice payment period, as specified in paragraph 4.

2.2. All prices include 20% VAT.

2.3. Transport costs will be added to the product price and calculated in your shopping cart.

3.1. Your shopping cart will be created when you click the Add to Cart link.

3.2. To change the quantity of products in your cart, go to the Quantity field. To submit your order, click the Place Order link. You will be directed to the ordering page.

3.3. On the ordering page, enter the required data and press the Buy button. After that you will see the invoice on your screen.

3.4. Be careful when filling in the fields on the ordering page since prompt and smooth delivery of your products depends on the correctness and accuracy of this information.

3.5. The Sales Agreement is considered to be entered into (become effective) at the time of receipt of 100% payment against the invoice at the PLAYTOYZ’s account.

4.1. To make payment, press the Buy button in the ordering page. You will see the invoice on your screen. The invoice which is the basis for payment will also be emailed to you in the order confirmation letter. Before paying the invoice, please make sure that all the data contained in the invoice meet your order.

4.2. You can pay for the products:

1) via the Internet bank;

2) by credit card;

3) using other suitable method (e.g., at a bank department or through a payment terminal).

4.3. You shall make 100% payment against the invoice within 7 days from the date of invoice.

4.4. Your order and invoice will be cancelled if you fail to make an advance payment within 7 days of the date of invoice.

4.5. The purchase confirmation invoice will be emailed to you after you pay the full invoice amount.

5.1. After the Contract becomes effective in accordance with paragraph 3.5 of the Terms and Conditions, the products will be delivered to you along with the relevant information about them in Estonian, Russian and English and other accompanying documents at the time pre-agreed by phone, as specified when ordering.

5.2. If the product you ordered is not in stock and it will be manufactured special for you, so that it is obviously impossible to deliver it within the time period specified in the product description, and in other cases, we will inform you thereof by phone using the contact number specified when ordering or by e-mail within 2 working days from the Contract effective date in accordance with paragraph 3.5 of the Terms and Conditions and inform you of the time of delivery of the product you ordered.

5.3. If the products you ordered are transferred to the courier company, the courier company will contact you in advance you to confirm the time of delivery.

5.4. The courier company will deliver the products to the address specified when ordering. You cannot change the destination point afterwards.

5.5. When ordering, please make sure that the contact data you submit are correct in order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the course of delivery. PLAYTOYZ and the courier company are not responsible for any delays in delivery and misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is caused by inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data you specified when ordering.

5.6. The courier will transfer the products to you along with the bill of lading. Before you sign the waybill, you are highly recommended to visually inspect the product package and, in case of external damages, make the relevant entry in the courier’s bill of lading. If the product package is damaged, please notify us thereof at: playtoyz@playtoyz.eu or (+372) 55625026. The product delivered by courier in a damaged package will be replaced.

6.1. After payment and before delivery, you have the right to cancel your order by sending the relevant notice to playtoyz@playtoyz.eu, indicating the reference invoice number and your account number, or by calling us at: (+372) 55625026.

6.2. According to the VÕS (Law of Obligations Act), the consumer has 14 days after receipt to check the products. If the consumer does not like the products, he/she has the right to withdraw his/her order within 14 days after transfer of the products and return the products he/she purchased by filling in a special form.

6.3. If you cancel your order as specified in paragraph 4.4 and paragraph 6.1 or if you cancel your order as specified in paragraph 6.2, the amount you paid for the products will be returned to your bank account within 30 days after order cancellation or receipt of the notice of order cancellation, except as otherwise provided by paragraph 6.4 herein.

6.4. If the products you return deteriorated due to circumstances not caused by PLAYTOYZ and misuse of the products, PLAYTOYZ has the right not to return the purchase amount.

7.1 PLAYTOYZ is liable to you and you are liable to PLAYTOYZ for damages caused to the other party as a result of violations of these Terms and Conditions in cases and to the extent as specified in the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.

7.2. PLAYTOYZ is liable neither for damages caused to you nor for delays in product delivery if such damages or delays in product delivery are caused due to circumstances beyond the control of PLAYTOYZ, which were not foreseen and could not be foreseen by PLAYTOYZ (force majeure).

8.1. All customer personal data that became known during visiting PLAYTOYZ online store or shopping are considered to be confidential. PLAYTOYZ does not disclose the information became known to it to third parties; if necessary, the customer can request the removal of his/her data from the PLAYTOYZ database. The encrypted channel of data exchange with banks ensures the security of personal data and bank details of the buyer; PLAYTOYZ has no access to such information.

8.2. All matters not specifically provided by these Terms and Conditions shall be considered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

8.3. Any disputes that may arise between you and PLAYTOYZ in connection with the order and purchase made through the online store shall be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, you may seek the protection of your rights at the Consumer Protection Board. Disputes shall be settled in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Q: Can the products be delivered to the 5th floor?

A: Yes, the products will be delivered to the door of your house (apartment), regardless of the floor. If requested, the products will be brought into the premise, with no extra cost.

A: The delivery service is available throughout Estonia, including the islands.

Q: How can I pay for the purchase?
